  • All Tubing used by the Wizard is UV Stabilized Polycarbonite: (Many others use Acrylic Tubing which is cheaper, will shatter, will yellow with age and is flammable.)

    Polycarbonite is non-flammable.

    UV stabilized is a process used in Polycarbonite to reduce yellowing caused by rays of the sun.

    • Lamps (Light Bulbs) used by the Wizard are rated at 40,000 hours. Many others use lamps rated at 5000 hours or less.

    • The Wizard Spot Welds Every Lamp securely in place. Others use mechanical crimps that work loose.

    • The Wizards low-voltage process also allows the use of smaller wire and components which, in turn, allow product designs that would not otherwise be practical.

    • The 24-volt system used by the Wizard has been used widely in custom commercial lighting applications for years and has become an accepted standard for professionals.

    • The hook up wire used to install Laguna Lites can be buried directly in the ground, hidden among plants, or laid on the ground and covered with decorative bark or gravel for exterior application. Inside or outside there is no need for conduit. If however, your cable will be subjected to damage by garden tools or machinery it may be enclosed in PVC pipe or conduit.

    • The Wizard designs his lights to decorate, not just illuminate. They provide attractive sparkles of light to accent and decorate their surroundings. A subdued, soft "glow" of illumination instead of a bright glare of light. The whole idea is to make the light itself pleasing to look at.

    • Quality . The Wizards quality control associates carefully inspect and test incoming materials before sending them to manufacturing. During the manufacturing process every light is tested four times before being readied for shipment. All inspections include visual and electrical testing.

  • Laguna Lites are warranted against defects in material and workmanship by a pro-rated lifetime limited warranty. The warranty includes bulb burn out and will be pro-rated as follows.

    1. Up to one (1) year from date of purchase. Products determined to be defective by Laguna Lites, Inc. will be repaired or replaced (Laguna Lites Option) without charge to the original purchaser.

    2. 1 Year - 2 Years from date of purchase. Products determined to be defective by Laguna Lites, Inc. will be repaired or replaced (Laguna Lites Option) for a charge equal to 30% of original purchase price.

    3. 3 Years - 4 Years from date of purchase. Products determined to be defective by Laguna Lites, Inc. will be repaired or replaced (Laguna Lites Option) for a charge equal to 40% of original purchase price.
